I see from an entry in CNDB that Comic Relief 2009 had several male "celebrities" do a pastiche of the strip routine from The Full Monty. I haven't heard or read anywhere about anyone being up in arms about this, which I find interesting.

Seems to me, guys, that so long as there are people out there willing to protest strongly against any portrayal of women's nude or scantily-clad bodies in anything approaching the mainstream media, then we are going to be stuck with the dreadful sight of blokes in the main getting their kit off in mainstream media.

I saw the Rebecca Hall scene(s) in Red Riding but they were so disappointing from a nudity perspective and would have been so fiddly to capture in a fruitful way that I just couldn't be bothered!
