New video clip - Samantha Morton

As part of the semi-rejuvenation of the blog, I'm aiming (though not promising!) to upload at least one new capture a week. Where there's been some new quality nudity by British or European actresses then that will be my first choice, but I'll also be going back into the archives.

This week I'm posting a clip of Samantha Morton from what was probably her breakthrough role as a teenage streetwalker in gritty drama Band of Gold (though her appearance semi-naked in Cracker aged 16 or so was also memorable!). Samantha's built a career (and garnered two Oscar nominations in the process) by playing emotionally naked characters and, in films like Under The Skin and Morvern Callar, she's added to the mental exposure with a good deal of physical exposure too.

Still, there remains a certain piquancy to seeing 18-year-old Samantha in Series 2 of Band of Gold. This clip was the opening of the second season and came as quite wake-up as the first season, despite its theme, had only very brief nudity. Bless the ITV marketing people, eh?
